Integrated Health Services (IHS) with the objective of integrating all health services as one system to provide healthcare that is not just quality based but reliable, affordable and covers all spectrum of a society, specially the corporate and institutional sector.

Within ten years IHS has grown into a conglomerate of healthcare services with no parallel in Pakistan. This success has been achieved due to the innovative approach of the Founding Board and untiring efforts of it's dedicated and committed staff.

IHS is recognized nationally for excellence in healthcare services. IHS is governed by a board of directors that is the main policy making body and source of guidance. CEO who is a member of the board is the administrative head. IHS operations across Pakistan are divided into three regions with each of them being supervised by their respective Regional Administrator:

North: Islamabad, NWFP, AJK and Northern Areas

Central: Whole of Punjab

South: Sindh Urban & Rural, Balochistan
